I've been here many a time, and their food is very good. They have both American and Thai cuisine. Their Pad Thai is great, and they have this soup which contains coconut milk, lime juice, chicken, chicken broth, cilantro, and I don't know what else. The flavor is very different from what I'm used to but I love it. They're a good value, as portions are large, and I would definitely recommend them for anyone who is looking for good, down-home American cooking, or a taste of some really great Thai food.

Carole's Restaurant is located in the middle of Exter, Which is a fairly small town. For being a smalltown, the burgers seem like they're made in L.A.! They are soo yumm!
